又见 TNS-12537
database June 8th, 2009在经历48个小时的鏖战后，一切似乎归于平静了。
然而，让开发人员开启AS（开发商自己写的应用服务器）测试应用时，报告，连接不上数据库。错误信息：
SQLCODE 12537
所有4个节点的实例，通过SQL*PLUS @remote，都测试通过，貌似没道理啊
TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed
Cause: “End of file” condition has been reached; partner has disconnected. This is an informational message.Action: No action required.
突然想起，刚才重启节点的时候，是同时发起的命令，有可能会引起VIP地址冲突。
果不其然，在21:35时，所有节点都报IP地址冲突。
解决办法是:依次重启节点。
目前还没看到更简单的解决办法。
平台：IBM P570 AIX53–06 +Oracle RAC 10.2.0.1
