整体服务，是比较难，但要走出差异化的道路，我目前认为是必须的。

我一直致力构建一个“好”的团队，所谓的学习型团队。不过说实话，还差很远。好员工与好领导是密切相关的，这个我还没做好呢：(

1.提供整体服务，不是trouble shooting/performace tuning ,一竿子买买。这个对服务公司技术要求就高了。
2.好的team 团队，一批人可以做事。

窃以为，好的员工最难得，这个好是指人品好，人品好是指善良。
要留住好员工，公司必须好，不能让老实人吃亏。善有善报，如此才能长久。
